Content Kings is a fully independent, award-winning production company with a global presence, operating from the UK, Middle East , and Beijing.

our story

Founded in 2020 by Gavin Hay and Jonathan Levi, the company creates premium content for international audiences. From its inception, Content Kings has rapidly become a leader in the industry, combining creative quality with global appeal and producing acclaimed programmes across genres for major broadcasters.

global expansion -dubai

In 2023, Content Kings opened a new office in Dubai, becoming one of the few Western broadcast and film companies with production expertise in the UAE. Recent highlights of our shows include a documentary series with American superstar comedian Steve Harvey, and a global competition format for the Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia

Global Expansion - China

In 2024, Content Kings established a strategic partnership in Beijing to explore the Chinese market, with exciting new projects underway.

Group CEO

Gavin Hay

CEO Gavin is a highly experienced Media Executive and Producer with significant experience at both Production and Executive Board level, having founded Brighter Pictures Ltd one of Britain's most successful Film and Television companies, which he sold to Endemol in 2001. His strong relationships with the international TV and business community means he is used to delivering highly successful multi million budget TV programming and Film.

JONATHAN LEVI

Jonathan Levi is an RTS winner, a BAFTA nominated documentary film maker, a Sunday Times top 10 best selling non fiction author and Managing Director of Content Kings. Previous role include Head of Arts and Popular Culture at ITV Studios, Executive Producer Warner Bros UK, Creative Director Blue Ant Studios and executive producer of The South Bank Show. Factual dramas include Hatton Garden for ITV with Oscar nominated Jeff Pope. Jonathan has produced hundreds of hours of unscripted content for all the major broadcasters.
